v5.0
As part of the checkpoint cleanup process, whenever a page is identified as obsolete and if it is present in the cache, the page is marked as dirty and added to the queue to let it be evicted sooner to free up those obsolete pages.
Marking the page dirty leads to reconciling the page again to remove any overflow page items that exist, but for an empty page, there is no need to reconcile again as there are no items present.
Avoid marking the page dirty for empty pages.
