Summary
The cpp tests indicate a regression since January 29th.

The regression can be seen here by selecting the cache_hs_insert stat. It seems that we are inserting 4x fewer data into the HS, see screenshot attached.

Acceptance Criteria (Definition of Done)

• Find out which commit is responsible for the regression.
• Investigate if the regression is expected. If not, discuss whether the ticket should be reverted or code changes are required.
