Summary
Creating a colgroup fails when using tiered storage.

Acceptance Criteria (Definition of Done)
In both test_schema01 and test_schema02 we are currently skipping the test when the storage source type is a tiered storage scenario. We should fix the issue with column group creation so that we do not need to skip these scenarios.

Also, make sure indexes work as well.
