Each file from the suite having the cxx extension should be using the cpp extension.

Furthermore, rename:

• example_test to test_template and its associated test configuration file (x1).
• base_test to operations_test and its associated test configuration files (x3).
• Update all the references/#includes to these files

There should be no remaining files with the .cxx extension in the cpp/suite folder.
