Summary
Atleast for the time being increase the amount of stress testing that we do on the ARM platform.

Motivation
Recently ARM testing has been giving us good feedback on possible bugs. But these bugs have not been consistent enough in their occurrence. We believe doing more stress testing on ARM will be beneficial as we strengthen our support for the platform.

The ticket will evaluate how an increase in testing will look like, running stress tests more often and/or making the individual tests longer. Running more instance so the test, or running higher concurrent loads on larger ARM machines. The ticket should explore multiple such avenues for more testing.
