Add "Connect in new window" option in the connect button in the sidebar

      The "Connect" button now has a dropdown menu with additional options to connect in "Here" in the current window or "In New Window". We might want to highlight this and produce new screenshots for the docs at https://www.mongodb.com/docs/compass/current/connect/connections/

      In the scope of this ticket we'd want to implement a dropdown menu in addition to the connect button where user can select a secondary option of opening a connection in a new window.

      The "read-only" checkbox of the design is out of scope for this ticket.
