      Add detection of BSON_HAVE_ALIGNED_ALLOC in the Autotools build process. This constant was introduced by CDRIVER-5876.

      Based on the original logic in mongodb/mongo-c-driver@2a35499, it looks like this can remain disabled for Windows.
