For short-term backwards compatibility we changed amazon-linux2-arm64-static-compile variant to just one lint task that depends on clang tidy in the amazon-linux2023-arm64-static-compile  in https://github.com/10gen/mongo/pull/32734
This is needed because amazon-linux2-arm64-static-compile is required to exist in pr patches because our github patches are hardcoded to depend on the status check from that variant. The plan is to let it sit like this for a week or so and change the github setting to amazon-linux2023-arm64-static-compile and delete the amazon-linux2-arm64-static-compile variant for good (people with PRs on an older base commit will need to rebase).
