With ~~SERVER-103559~~, we introduced a mechanism setting a default idle timeout on tasks in required build variants. Most cases in which an idle timeout will expire is when there are exceptionally long running tests in a resmoke suite. It is initially set at a very generous 40 minutes, but we should continue to push on identifying and reducing the runtime of tests, and lower the timeout to prevent regressing.
