Opening a $backupCursor and doing a FS copy of data files of a replica set member results in getting data at some checkpoint timestamp with some range of oplog.

This ticket is to add a test and document the restore procedure for manipulating the truncateAfterPoint to restore the copied files to an arbitrary time in the range of [checkpointTimestamp, oplogEnd].
