explore using BatchedWriteContext for cross-db collection renames

      The BatchedWriteContext is currently used for multi-deletes even though it also supports other CRUD operations such as inserts/updates. It would be interesting to explore using batched inserts for the document copy stage of the renameCollection command in the case where we are renaming a collection across databases.
