getAuditConfigGeneration command does not filter request before passing through to shards

      The _getAuditConfigGeneration command does not filter the incoming request in before passing it through to backing shards. Among other things, this can cause the router to append duplicate fields to the request if the one from the external client already contained those fields (e.g. $clusterTime).
