This will alleviate BFs due to fuzzer timeouts upon merging grammar improvements to the fuzzer. Since the new changes have filled in missing gaps in the grammar and made pipelines with non-null results more likely to be generated, pipeline execution and results comparison times are taking longer than before. DEVPROD-10386 introduced some fixes to the grammar to reduce fuzzer runtime, but this ticket makes additional adjustments so that the remaining fuzzers don't timeout.
