Ideally we would be able to override the timeouts globally by passing vars from the "generate resmoke tasks" to the "run generated tests" func for fuzzer tasks, but this is dependent on DEVPROD-11178. For now, we can override exec_timeout_secs for the affected fuzzer tasks in each build variant.
