We've added the capability for users to open extension log files using vscode's `Open Log File` command.  We should add documentation demonstrating how to open our log files for users, in case users are unaware of the builtin commands.

Let's add a command palette command to view the extensions logs. This will open the file that logs are sent to.

We already have a log file, we just need to open it.

Would be helpful for customers to attached a log file when facing issues like connection info failing to save ( https://www.mongodb.com/community/forums/t/mongodb-vsc-extension-failing-to-save-connection-information/230865 ). Especially when we are not able to repro the issue.

      Here's an example of where Alena's log files are saved: /Users/alena.khineika/Library/Application Support/Code - Insiders/logs/20230613T162122/window2/exthost/Postman.postman-for-vscode-prod.log
