C and C++ memory model api are not compatible. Currently, our C++ testing code includes the internal header, which makes it not building with the C memory code.

There is no strong reason the testing code need to build with the internal wiredtiger api. Research what the internal code is used in the testing code and whether we can get rid of them in the testing code.
